I should reiterate that there will be no readings this weekend – I have family plans tomorrow and then on Sunday, I have theatre! Actual, glorious, live theatre for the first time since March, courtesy of the amazing team and incredible cast over at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre’s Jesus Christ Superstar! I saw this production 3 times during its original run and again once it transferred to the Barbican, so I’m thrilled it’s returning with a mixture of cast from those and a mystery combination of Jesus, Judas and Mary as they’ve double cast the roles! It’ll be odd being masked up and being part of a smaller audience and such, but I cannot wait to get back to the world I love.
