I’m thrilled to say that I’m freelance and currently available for hire. My background is primarily in copywriting, with a keen interest in arts and community journalism. I have experience reviewing, feature writing, opinion pieces and interviewing, as well as news articles, blog posts and press releases. As a young woman living life with a disability, I’m also incredibly passionate about education and raising awareness.

West End Best Friend
In February 2021, I joined the writing team at theatre website West End Best Friend. Thus far, my work is focused on theatre news, but I’m slowly branching out into theatre reviews there too! See my articles here
The Knowledge
I’ve two years experience as a community journalist for the Knowledge, a newsletter and website for the residents of Knowle West, based at Knowle West Media Centre. I focused on local news, features, and interviews.

Since December of 2016, I’ve been a theatre reviewer for BroadwayWorldUK, reviewing regional theatre in Bristol, Bath and Cardiff. I’ve recently branched out into interviews and opinion pieces, too.

My colleagues at BroadwayWorldUK named this blog in their “100 People To watch on Twitter in 2019” – a list of performers, bloggers and other creatives in the arts industry whose social media presence and content they find exciting & engaging.. I was massively honoured!
From Her Point of View
In January to May of 2017, I was involved with another project at Knowle West Media Centre: “From Her Point of View”, a training programme exclusively for women looking to enter the film and television industries. The group was split into two crews, each creating a short film, and the culmination of the project was a special screening of both at Bristol Film Festival. As Press Agent, I was responsible for documenting the project through a blog series.
